How do I update my credit card details?

Log in at ilglobo.com/dashboard with your email and password. The dashboard shows your invoices and lets you change your credit card details.
If a payment fails (for example because of insufficient funds or an expired card) the system retries the charge up to three times, emailing you each time. If all retries fail, the account is locked — update your payment details and contact support@ilglobo.com if you need help.
