Audio problems on a Samsung TV

If you're having audio problems on a Samsung TV, try the following:
Adjust the sound settings. Go to Settings → Sound → Expert Settings and check the audio output. Make sure it's set to the right output (e.g. TV Speaker, or HDMI/Optical if you use external devices). Turn off advanced options like Dolby Atmos if they're enabled.
Update the Samsung TV software. Go to Settings → Support → Software Update.
Clear the app cache. Go to Settings → Apps → System Apps, find the Il Globo TV app and clear its cache, then restart the TV.
If the problem persists, check whether the audio works in another app such as YouTube under the same conditions.
