I can't sign in / I forgot my password

You've most likely entered the wrong password. You can reset it yourself:
- Go to ilglobo.com and select Sign in, then Forgot password?
- Enter the email address for your account and submit.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a password-reset email and follow the link to choose a new password.
If you don't receive the email, you're probably not registered with that address. If you can't remember your email, contact us at support@ilglobo.com and we'll help.
