My payment was declined — what do I do?

When a renewal payment fails, Il Globo TV automatically retries the charge over the following days and emails you each time.
To fix it:
- Log in at ilglobo.com/dashboard and open the Account section.
- Open Payment Method and check the card on file — an expired card is the most common cause.
- Update the card or add a new one and save.
- Wait for the next automatic retry, or select Pay now on the overdue invoice.
If the details are correct but the payment still fails, contact your bank — many banks block international or recurring charges by default. For anything unresolved, email support@ilglobo.com.
