My payment was declined — what do I do?

When a renewal payment fails, Il Globo TV automatically retries the charge over the following days and emails you each time.

To fix it:

  1. Log in at ilglobo.com/dashboard and open the Account section.
  2. Open Payment Method and check the card on file — an expired card is the most common cause.
  3. Update the card or add a new one and save.
  4. Wait for the next automatic retry, or select Pay now on the overdue invoice.

If the details are correct but the payment still fails, contact your bank — many banks block international or recurring charges by default. For anything unresolved, email support@ilglobo.com.
