How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal but doesn't cut off access immediately — you keep watching until the end of the period you've paid for.

1. Log in at ilglobo.com/dashboard.
2. Select Subscription.
3. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm. You may be asked to complete a short survey before the final step.

A confirmation email is sent once it's done. After the paid period ends the account is suspended (not deleted), so you can reactivate later without losing your history.

Free trial: cancel within the first 7 days to avoid being charged. Apple/Google purchases: cancel in that app store. There's no cancellation fee, although an annual plan cancelled early may have an early-exit charge as set out in the terms.
